The hotel is surrounded by attractions, transportation options, fast food, and reasonable-priced stores. It's a great place for short stays, with fast and easy wifi connection.

Located in a posh and elegant residential area, the hotel is in everything you'd expect from a manager who consistently exceeds expectations. The rooms were adequate, equipped with a kettle and TV. The bathroom was clean and the staff were nice. The hotel's great location provides easy access to the Queensway underground stop, making it convenient to explore the city. the area around the hotel felt safe, with plenty of local shops and restaurants.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, squeaking every time we moved.

The staff were helpful and cute, providing us with directions and even offering umbrellas. Breakfast was substantial and tasty, with fresh options including eggs, cheese, fruits, and pastries.
